Approach to Program Management

We define scope of the project by collaborating with stakeholders and forecasting all anticipated activities, resources, and objectives. Based on the activities such as environmental and sustainability requirements, permitting requirements, existing conditions, design standards, construction challenges and length of time for project close out we set a budget and schedule at the inception of the project. We track budget and schedule against the predefined project scope. Any scope changes are documented, and cost and time impact are evaluated for each scope change with thorough engagement of project’s key stakeholders.
